Part-time Substitute Teacher

Do you want a meaningful job and make a difference in someone's daily life?

We are looking for part-time substitutes in our after-school program and also within the school where you will substitute as a teacher for grades F-9 as needed.

Responsibilities

• Part-time substitutes for after-school care F-6
• Part-time substitutes as classroom teachers F-3
• Part-time substitutes as teachers in specific subjects F-9 (practical and theoretical)

- Take attendance according to school routines
- Follow the school's guidelines and policies

As a substitute, you will receive a plan and structure to follow for the day regardless of which role you are replacing. The school is bilingual, so it is good if you can speak both Swedish and English, but it is sufficient to master one of the languages.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is interested in working with children and youth in school or after-school care. We hope to find someone who easily builds good relationships, collaborates, and leads groups. You do not need prior experience, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability, and we are looking for different types of competencies for the team. It is beneficial if you have the ability to be a secure and clear adult. If you are familiar with what a low-arousal approach means, that is an advantage.

Lessons take place between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM at the school, and our after-school program is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
